Create Vietnamese Unicode HTML documents in FrontPage 2000

1. Launch FrontPage 2000.
2. Select a Unicode-compliant font and start typing text.
3. Select Format->Background...
   
   
   
   
4. Click Language tab, select Multilingual (UTF-8) in Save the document as combo box and click OK. Do not select Vietnamese option.
   
   
   
   
5. Save file.
6. Done.
